Terms and Conditions.

A deposit of 30% is required, before we start work on your web site.
When you are happy with the design, the remainder is due.
Your site will then be ready by the time the cheque clears.
If you pay by credit card, your site will be finished within 72 hours*.
*We reserve the right to work to different timescales, if agreed in advance with you the client.

All work remains property of Apricots Ltd until we have received payment in full.

All HTML/.PHP/JAVA coding is copyrighted property of respective authors.

What we require from you.

Most customers need their sites on the web quickly. So please provide us with as much input as you can. If you see a style of web site you like the look of, or if you have an idea for the image you wish to project, please tell us. This helps to give us a clearer idea of the kind of site design you are after. If you are not sure about the style + colours you require then we can base it around your company logo or your existing corporate material. Examples of previously printed brochures or your competitors advertising materials are also helpful. They help us to learn about your 'market sector', so we can optimize your pages for the search engines.

Once we have received your input and media we will get started. We will take into account what your requirements are and using the materials you have supplied, we will come up with a well balanced, rounded and search engine friendly design. After we receive your feedback on our initial design, we will alter it to your wishes until we arrive at the final completed design. Below are some hints.

TEXT;We require all text for your site in digital format. ie a word or notepad document.
It is worth finalizing the text early on in the process to stop time wasting changes later.

PHOTOS;Any photos or artwork should be in .jpg / .gif / .bmp format.
(Although we will be happy to scan documents for you.)
All images which will need to be high resolution images.

AUDIO;All audio should be supplied in mp3 or wav format. We are experienced at sound editing and can supply many
royalty free background sounds for your site, for free. It is upto you to gain copyright holders permission, for
any music you supply. Apricots Ltd or the Web Hosts are not liable for any infringements, your actions may cause.
We can supply custom made intro music for you site, created by some of London's top DJs/Producers for decent rates.

VIDEO;We can also embed video clips into you sites. Contact us for details.

YOU;In Order for us to complete your website in a timely manner, we will require promt replies to emails etc.
